Siddhi Vinayak Training Academy Pvt Ltd is a Merchant Navy, Hotel Management, Aviation and Ship Hostess Leading Training Academy

Documents required for Selection 

  1. Mark sheet of last qualified exam (2 copies attested)
  2. D.O.B. / Age proof
  3. Medical Certificate
  4. Id and Address proof

Applicant may take admission in two ways either through walk in or through online mode

  1. Through Walk-In :-
    First, the candidate has to send his/her educational certificates, Address & Identity proof along with recent photograph for Selection. If the candidate is eligible then the counseling will be held at Campus, for that candidate has to take an appointment for meeting.
  2. Through Online :- 
    First, the candidate has to send his/her educational certificates, Address & Identity proof along with recent photograph for Selection. Eligible candidate may take admission on the prescribed form of the academy.
  3. Application Form can be downloaded from our website www.siddhivinayakedu.com or can be sent to their postal address on the payment of Rs. 500/-. Then for admission candidate has to submit initial amount at Office. The balance amount will be paid by you on the dates given to you after your admission. Guideline to Submit Fee :-

Candidates can submit the fee through either of the following :

  • Cash deposit at Bank and the receipt of the cash deposited has to be sent on mail.
  • DD to be made in favor of Siddhi Vinayak Training Academy and has to be sent by Post at the Academy's address.

Guideline for Filling Application Form :-

  • The admission form is simple, which needs to be filled in correctly & neatly. Avoid cutting overwriting etc. In case of cutting/overwriting applicant have to get a new Application form by paying requisite cost of the form.
  • The Application form must be filled in block/ Capital letters only.
  • Use black/blue ball pen only.
  • Along with Application form, attested copies of requisite qualification certificates should be attached.
  • Paste one recent passport size photograph on the application form.
  • If DD is made, then the Name & contact no. of the applicant should be mentioned on the backside.
  • The applicant is advised to keep photocopy of the DD & Application form with him/ her.
  • The applicant is advised to go through all rules & regulation before admission.
  • The completed application form along with the required documents should reach to the office on or before the specified date.
  • Fee once paid will not be refund or adjust in any case.
  • If candidate withdraw/ discontinue the course, the fee whatever paid will not be refunded / adjusted.
  • Candidate has to pay their fee during Institutional training only. In case the student does not pay the fee during the training as mention period, the student will be dimmed to have dropped the course & will not be allow continuing the programme.
  • Candidate has to bear the charges of On-job training / placement, if any.
  • Fees shall be paid on or before the specified dates. In case the student does not pay the fee within the prescribed dates, late fee will be charged.
  • The mode of payment shall be cash deposit or DD in favor of Siddhi Vinayak Professional Academy.
  • The candidate should ask for valid receipt for every payment made.
  • If the candidate fails to clear the training program, he/she will be required to re-appear by paying Applicable fee for each attempt.
  • The Course certificate will be provided after successful completion of the training.
  • After completion of the training, the candidate will get placement on the basis of their eligibility & capability.
  • In Case the candidate quits the job after the Academy's placement then the management of Academy is not liable for replacement.
  • Academy will send candidate for interviews till the time candidate is not selected however after the selection the candidate refuse to join then in that case the Academy is not legally responsible for the re-placement of the particular candidate. If Candidates still claims then the Management has full right to take action against him/her.
  • During training, Maximum 15 days of leave can be granted.
  • Candidates are required to stay in the campus throughout the period of the training.
  • No candidate is permitted to go out of the campus apart from Sundays.
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter into the Campus without permission of the Campus authorities, once they have completed the training or have been expelled.
  • The candidate is responsible for maintenance & upkeep of his/her room. In case of any damage/ loss of property the cost will be recovered by the candidate only.
  • The training Institute is not responsible for any loss or theft of the candidate's valuables.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcoholic drinks or narcotic drugs in the campus is strictly prohibited.
  • Guardians are requested to take feedback of their ward/ child every month.
  • Management has the right to take any kind of action against the candidate in case of violation of the rules of the academy.
  • Siddhi Vinayak Training Academy reserves the right to cancel any admission without assigning a reason.
